Dr. Deepak Rattu, D.C. is a bay area native, born and raised in San Jose. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Movement Science. Here, he learned that his purpose in life was to help people overcome their pain. He could not stand to see his own family struggling with pain, so he wanted to be able to change this pattern and help them become better versions of themselves. He wanted to accomplish this purpose in the most interactive and personal way possible, and believed pursuing a career in chiropractic would be the most effective way to create the most dramatic change in people’s lives by utilizing the manual healing methods that chiropractic care provides to so many people. Dr. Deepak went on to attend and graduate with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California where his passion for health and preventative care further blossomed.
He has dedicated countless hours to many extracurricular training seminars related to various chiropractic techniques, soft tissue therapy and massage techniques, neurology, nutrition, and much more.
Dr. Deepak specializes in Palmer Package Diversified adjusting, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) low force adjusting, SOT cranial adjusting, and Applied Kinesiology diagnostic and treatment methods. He is currently pursuing post-graduate education in pediatric care to promote optimal childhood development.
Dr. Deepak has dedicated himself to a number of techniques and has established himself as a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK), Sacro Occipital Technique Organization (SOTO-USA), and Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI).
When Dr. Deepak is not taking care of his patients in the clinic, he finds himself spending time biking, weightlifting, and slacklining. Besides physical activity, he enjoys photography, videography, and exploring the world around him. Whether it be by foot, bike, or car, he loves to experience new cities, cuisines, beaches, and hikes.
